With over 20 years of experience, in the most dynamic period of technological advancement for the Media, Entertainment & Event Industries, Tiara Chatterjee brings a diverse and rich volume of both strategic and practical experience to bear in guiding companies to realize their full potential. Having been integral to the startup teams for The Weinstein Company and Rock Shrimp Productions, Tiara knows how to set businesses up for success from the start.

From ERP implementations, integrations and migrations to M&A development and diligence, Tiara has the experience to support your company and internal teams at any stage. In addition to core Finance and Accounting, she is well versed in all aspects of Operational Management, including Business Development, Strategic Planning, HR, IT, Risk Management, Facilities and Communications. Skilled in developing and executing strategies to increase revenue and profitability, she works collaboratively with business owners to champion them through challenging and uncertain times. Diplomacy and pragmatism with a pinch of humor are key components of her ethos.

Always looking to expand her knowledge base, Tiara is currently enrolled to receive her Certificate in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from Cornell, with the goal of assisting companies to develop greater accountability and integrity in their HR and management practices. In her spare time, she has recently become obsessed with vegetable gardening and listening to podcasts, until we are able to travel more freely again.
