Tamie provides high level administrative support to the Visionary to facilitate smooth operations. In addition, she ensures that all stakeholders are fully aware of Trilogy’s vision, services, and educational opportunities, and that messaging consistently represents the WHY behind our values and purpose.
After graduating from Rutgers University, Tamie started a sales career with Hallmark Cards and quickly moved into assignments in Training and Business Development.
At Hallmark, Tamie found her passion and transitioned into consulting, helping business owners address both fundamental and culture issues to increase their revenue and deliver a superior customer experience. Tamie brought her knowledge and skills to a growing retail chain of 54 card and gift stores, where she led both their learning & development and marketing initiatives. Tamie’s vast experience in business development, consulting, training, B2C & B2B marketing, and executive support gives her a unique and broad perspective of business.
Tamie earned her SHRM-CP in August 2015 and is a member of both SHRM and SEPA SHRM.
